Linux Live Installer freezing during boot (after Started User Manager for UID 1000)

Lately I discovered, that Fedora had a new big update and was about to try out the new Fedora 26 Live Distribution on an Acer Aspire E5-771G.
Unfortunately during the boot the OS got frozen, right after the message “Started User Manager for UID 1000“.
